A) One should develop a cadence plan. Will send separately some ideas on how to do it, 3 days of sprint, will have the ceremonies done accordingly, the Daily Scrum was for 15 mins. No Issues faced, initially for 2 sprints, there were no deliverable, quite a bit of tension, but when things smoother out, Agile was flying all the way, it takes time to stabilize.
Q) how to manage the daily standup meetings when team sit in different time zones?

A) reduce your capacity and keep some time for these activities, Always plan for uncertainties in life.
Q) while arriving capacity for the team, do we need to discount the effort we spend on sprint ceremonies?
A) Calculate the total capacity of that identify 70% and that should be used for Sprint and balance for ceremonies and other such elements, Inspect and Adapt
Q) Can you provide some tips on agile release planning and release backlogs?
A) Next Webinar will be on Release Planning. See you there!
