Raju K
Raju is an Enterprise Agile Coach, who love to setup the stage and platform for the teams to embrace agile, become better teams and deliver products and solutions aligned with Corporate Strategy. Starting his career 20+ years ago as a Developer, he moved onto System and Database Administration then to Project Management and later Programme Management, for the last 9+ years he is into Agile Transformations with several teams spread across the globe.
Currently he is working as an Principle Agile Coach with Xebia and coaching a leading Financial services organization - helping them to go with the flow on Scaled Agile Framework.
Kalyanaraman Dandapani
Kalyan brings a total of 20 years of experince and over 5 years in Agile / Scrum. Holding certifications in PMI-ACP, SAFe SA, DevOps Professional, CAL1, CSP, CSM & CSPO, PSM I. Kalyan has hands on experience working with Scrum and Kanban, and mentoring Scrum teams for multiple customers.
Currently Kalyan is working with Xebia as Agile coach.
