We are looking for in you?  

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Release orchestration and deployment automation
  • Must be able to Automate software deployments by moving from legacy software deployment platform to new enterprise CI/CD platform by collaboratively working with enterprise App teams
  • Expert in windows and Linux command line
  • Expert in shell/python scripting
  • Hands on experience with DevOps CI/CD applications and automated build and deploy configuration and processes.
  • Experience with Maven, Ant and other build frameworks
  • Experience with Python/Java/.net development environment
  • OS level expertise using Linux and Windows server
  • Hands on experience with common DevOps and related support tools like – Ansible/Chef, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, Rally/Jira, SonarQube, Artifactory, JIRA
  • Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems
  • Must have excellent organization, navigation and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to leverage scripting to build required automation and tools on an ad-hoc basis
  • Manage and coordinate activities related to environment preparation, deployment, release management and other similar activities for production and lower level environments
  • Must be a self-driven, individual contributor, aware of Agile scrum methodology to participate in project activities
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and be equally comfortable in a deep dive technical workshop
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams yet deliver value
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Should have an active GitHub profile 

Other Good to have skills 

  • Writing white papers, blogging and participation in DevOps related events and conferences are a definitive plus
  • Experience of working in Agile environments using Scrum/XP
  • Individual contributor with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of box
  • Customer focused is a definite desirable
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders. 

Location: St. Louis, MO, and Denver, CO and Wilmington, DE

Travel: As part of project, willing to travel occasionally within US with prior notice.

Academic Qualification

Engineering Degree / Engineering PG in Computer Science from an Institution of high repute in US or abroad. high performer in academics
