Our client is a global American management consulting firm with around 80 offices in 40 countries. The firm advises clients in the private, public, and not-for profit sectors around the globe, including more than two thirds of the Fortune 500 companies. The client has an internal system for analysts to create survey, reports and view the outputs in the dashboard.The current system was very complex for analysts to visualize outputs. Main challenges, associated with the client were two-fold-simplification of the bench-marking process and generating high-quality outputs to display it to end users. In order to overcome these challenges, the client approached Xebia to perform a technical assessment of the existing application and build an architecture that was simple and easy to use. Xebia’s team worked in close association with the client and implemented a microservice message based architecture which resulted in simplifying the bench-marking processes and better visualization of the output.
