    Vattenfall is an energy company with an enormous exposure in Europe. Vattenfall has invested heavily in their online presence to offer self-service solutions to the Dutch consumers. Vattenfall experienced causes led to incidents, instability, delays in the delivery process and unacceptable wait times for consumers. Vattenfall asked Xebia for assistance in overcoming these challenges.
