The online sessions

Digital program - RechargeTalks

During the week of November 14 to 18, we’ll be offering daily RechargeTalks by a range of experts in the fields of well-being, personal effectiveness, and smarter work. In addition, there will be three Mental Power Boosters that result in an energetic, intentional start to your day.

Sessions are hosted daily in Dutch and English. Please check out the speakers, subjects and times on our schedule. Sign up on your personal registration page. After the sessions, you’ll receive a communication kit, as well as an overview and results.

By registering you will be able to attend all sessions and in case you miss something you can always review the recordings later on (with the exception of the session of Maarten van der Weijden).

Tuesday 15 November

Chair massage by "The Chairman at Work"

Between 13:30 - 18:00 you can sign-up for a 20 minute chair massage.

The Chairmen at Work offer a platform for blind and visually impaired people to give them a chance to participate in society. Due to the loss of their sight, their sense of touch is better developed. They can feel better and have more attention for the employees. By inviting them to our office, we are not only offering you a vitality service but also an inspiration to look at change differently. Together we create social impact and an inclusive society!

We have 2 masseurs available during this time, and you can book your session by clicking on the below link, clicking on "available" at the bottom of the page and then the + sign next to one of the masseurs. You will receive a confirmation and reminder via email.

Wednesday 16 November

Get close with our furry friends

Animals reduce stress so we have some lovely furry friends for you to get close to.

There will be several dogs present throughout the building, chilling with their owners. Please find them for a hug/pet or join them for a walk. And we will have 2 beautiful mini horses present at lunch time in our garden. They would love some of your attention!

A relaxing walk

Meet at 13:00 by Office Management to go for a walk with your colleagues.

Just a relaxing after-luch-walk in nature near our office. No need to sign up; the more the merrier!

Friday 18 November

Office Yoga

All you need is a chair (and we'll provide that)!

Do you want to relax more during the day and get a better posture? Office yoga is the answer!

Don't stress if you don't know any yoga-poses or if you do not consider yourself being flexible. Office yoga is for everyon to join, not matter your yoga-level. Nicoline van Heijningen will guide us through the session.

All you need is a chair (which we provide), no need for a sporty outfit! Allow yourself a moment of relaxation and sign-up!
