  • Grow a portfolio of retail products and create and managing respective 
  • Lead a team of Retail Solutions Managers and ensure that they’re set up for success in managing their portfolio of products.
  • Manage of team of business analysts who work with business users, product management and IT for collaboration on projects, reporting requirements, application improvements and support.
  • Supervision/coaching of business analysts who work with the business units, product management and IT for retail solutions.
  • Educating business analysts on upcoming initiatives.
  • Collaborate with retail business stakeholders on strategic initiatives to help establish the IT delivery plan.
  • Coordination with retail business stakeholders and IT support to effectively support retail business functions.
  • Define the business requirements development life cycle along with an appropriate measurement framework to measure quality.
  • Create and manage a pipeline for resourcing business analysts on a number of retail IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our IT support & development teams to create a backlog of items that are sequenced against a development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Program Management team to roadmap capabilities that are to be delivered.
  • Provide budget estimates for business analyst needs across the retail IT portfolio
  • Lead a team of Retail Solutions Managers and ensure that they’re set up for success in managing their portfolio of products.
  • Manage of team of business analysts who who work with business users, product management and IT for collaboration on projects, reporting requirements, application improvements and support.
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams yet deliver value
  • Authorized to work in the USA

Other Good to have skills 

  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years technology experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in retail applications.
  • 1+ years of testing experience
  • Experience in delivering retail capabilities including: Point of Sale, Omnichannel capabilities and applications, RFID
  • Individual contributor with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of box
  • Experience in delivering retail process improvements.
  • Comfort working in an agile and waterfall environments.
  • Exposure to bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Comfort working with remote teams
  • Customer focused is a definite desirable
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders. 

Location: San Francisco

Travel: As part of project, willing to travel occasionally within US with prior notice.

Academic Qualification
Engineering Degree / Engineering PG in Computer Science from an Institution of high repute in US or abroad. High performer in academics.
