Both trainings dive into the foundations of Scrum, its values and principles and the role of the Scrum Master. The Certified Scrum Master training takes a slightly broader view, looking at applications of Scrum outside of a Software Development context, while Professional Scrum Master training is focused mostly on Software Development.
