What we look for in you? 

  • We expect you to be updated with latest Ruby on Rails versions.
  • At least 6+ yrs. of completely Hands-on coding in RoR stack
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and be equally comfortable in a deep dive technical workshop and a board level presentation
  • Should possess excellent knowledge of working with globally distributed remote teams
  • Have experience in Django, Flask, Node.js, Python, Java, C++, etc.
  • Expertise with Javascript, CSS and HTML
  • Explain overall solutions to the technical architect and development team
  • Experience of working in ecosystem involving DevOps  
  • Strong working knowledge of relational databases
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks and best practices
  • Define, refine and ensure implementations meet Non-Functional Requirements
  • Should have an active GitHub profile 

Location: Remote, Mexico 

We are actively hiring for our San Francisco based project that needs to be executed from remote location in Mexico. 

Other Desirables:.

  • Writing white papers, blogging and participation in ROR related events and conferences are a definitive plus.
  • Experience of working in Agile environments using Scrum/XP
  • Individual contributor with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of box
  • Customer focused is a definite desirable.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders. 

Travel:

  • As part of project teams, willing to travel up to 20-30%, if required

Academic Qualification

Engineering Degree / Engineering PG in Computer Science from an Institution of high repute in Mexico or abroad. High performer in academics
