Kanban Introduction
When we think of Kanban, we usually think of those whiteboards, cards on the boards or LEAN. But there is so much more to it. In 2005 David Anderson started with the development of the Kanban method. That is where this Open Kitchen wil be about.

The Kanban method is characterized by a clear set of principles and practices. Of course we will discuss the boards because it all starts with visualization, but also the effect of Work in Progress Limits and defining policies will be discussed.

During this Open Kitchen we will not only present you what Kanban is, but we also want you to experience Kanban. This way you can find out what you could achieve with Kanban in your organization.
