About the Kanban Systems Design (KMP I) Course
Kanban Systems Design (KMP I) course lays the foundations of the principles and practices of the Kanban Method.
This course has been designed by Kanban University Aka David J. Anderson, who got the principles of Kanban to IT and it has been re-designed to make it a highly interactive course for online learning.
This course shall be running for 2 days and has a mixture of interactive exercises, instructions, simulation and pragmatic advice that be a key take away that can be practically implemented the very next Monday you are back into office.
