Extra Leave Days

Although especially difficult in consultancy (your placement at our customers is what makes our great company run), a better work-life balance is an area we want to improve. So, by popular demand:

As of January 1, 2022, it is possible to purchase additional annual leave!

The following rules apply to this scheme:
  • If you work full-time, you can buy 5 extra days of leave per year.
  • You can buy the days at the cost price (wages + employer's contributions) applicable in that year. For 2022 this is 135%. Xebia reserves the right to adjust this percentage annually if the cost price changes.
  • You can have the costs deducted from your salary in installments.

Although we do not encourage this (our goal is to improve the work-life balance, remember?), it is also allowed to annually sell the extra-statutory leave days. On a full-time basis, you are entitled to 5 extra-statutory leave days per year. Sales are made at 100% of your daily wage.
