Phil van Dulm

Phil is a self-employed Scrum Master, Facilitator, Change Agent and Agile Coach with more than 15 years of experience. He likes to operate in medium complex organizations. His primary focus is enabling the power of self-organizing teams in corporate environments. Secondly, he likes challenging management to create conditions in which high-performing teams can emerge and flourish. At the same time, he will tempt teams to be transparent, open and define a clear team purpose driven by personal values. Phil has experience with distributed, co-located and cross-cultural teams. He worked for companies like T-Mobile, Deutsche Bank Madrid, ADP, Schiphol, Pension Fonds MN Services, de Persgroep and many more. Phil holds a Bachelor degree in Education Science & Technology and is a certified PSM-I, PSPO-I, SAFe Certified SAFe® Program Consultant.
