First, we get to know you and discuss your organization’s needs. Based on this intake, we prepare an Xperts offer for you. 

Once that has been discussed and/or agreed, we plan an initial Security Assessment as a baseline for our service. 

We discuss our suggestions from the Assessment, match these with your priorities and decide what we take up proactively from there on.

Apart from that, you are then free to engage our dedicated consultant team for support and we monitor your domain proactively to ensure you stay in control of it. 

Dedicated reactive support is a service that provides support for issues that have priority for you. When a (higher) priority issue/question occurs, you can engage us by raising a ticket and a dedicated support team of consultants that know your organization will work to resolve the issue per SLA agreements.

Proactive domain management means our Xebia consultants proactively work to optimize and improve your domain’s Workspace & ChromeOS setup without needing instructions from you.

On the one hand, this service provides ongoing monitoring and maintenance of your Google Workspace & ChromeOS. On the other hand, Xebia consultants work on optimizing mutually agreed items from the previously held Security Assessment, or based on priorities your organization has defined. 

We’re here to help you, so that’s what we’ll do! Any dedicated support time our consultants have left at the end of each month will be added to time we spend on implementing our jointly defined priorities!

In other words: even if you don’t need the dedicated support you pay for, we'll ensure that this time is spent assisting you in other ways!

If it turns out you don’t need our dedicated support at all over the course of your contract or you request a lot more support than what’s agreed on, we’ll re-evaluate your plan’s contents with you to adjust it to your needs.

If your organization requires substantial support to manage your environment, lacks IT admins, or has IT admins overwhelmed with various tasks, the Dedicated or Dedicated+ plan might be the right choice for you.

If your organization has a solid IT team in place that just needs help to relieve operational pressure or might benefit from being backed by a Premier Google partner in your domain’s setup, the Standard+ plan might already suffice.
