There are two paths to Agility - viewing it as a step-by-step implementation, or as a cohesive organizational transformation. In our endeavor towards becoming an Agile organization, we often face the dilemma of choosing between these different mindsets.
Through this community meetup, we will bring forward the neglected sides of Agility– DevOps and Technical Agility.
We will center our theme upon detailed sessions from subject matter experts, and an interactive format of problem-solving amongst all attendees. We invite you to join us in our foray into enablement of holistic organizational Agility

3:15 – 4:15 pm: DevOps Transformation Journey by Sonik Chopra
4:15 – 5:15 pm: Transformative Agility: From Flowcharts to Roadmaps by Sherry Wasandi
5:15 – 6:15 pm: A Transformational journey from traditional SDLC to Scaled Agile by Mohit Jain
6:15 – 6:45 pm : Networking and Snacks
**Participants will earn 4 PDUs on completion**
