Big boards with sticky notes. More dependencies than you can count and you just don’t know when something is going to be done. The challenges that need to be faced when delivering a product or service with a larger group of teams are not easy. In this webinar we will tell you about how to create transparency and clarity on a higher level!

Key takeaways

  • How to visualize the flow of work across a large group of teams

  • How to manage dependencies between teams, other departments and suppliers

  • Relevant metrics and an answer on “when will it be done?”

For who is it?

Anybody that is involved in the delivery of projects/products/services across multiple teams like: delivery managers, IT managers, portfolio managers, product mangers but also internal coaches or consultants

Speakers: Pieter Rijken & Mark van den Brom

Pieter RijkenPieter is an Agile Coach, Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) and Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC). He is mad about giving the people more fun in work by providing them with insights and tools in what is holding them back and to discover by themselves which options are available to them.

His goal is to make your job more fun! He shows you what's holding you back and how you can grow. He believes in sharing knowledge. Not only from trainer to student, but also from peer to peer. Pieter has worked with KPN, ING, Rabobank and Aegon. He is a big fan of the transparency that Kanban brings to businesses. He likes to share the story behind Kanban and its many benefits with you. Pieter gives all of Xebia's Kanban training courses.

Mark van den Brom - August 2019 - ENMark is an agile and Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT). He loves to make people and organizations get more out themselves. Mark has a background in Agile, Kanban, Lean and change management, mainly within corporate environments.

When training, Mark adapts to the specific needs of a group to make sure that all participants go home with a satisfied feeling and a smile on their face. To achieve this, he always tries to have a lot of interaction and use practical examples. Mark has a Master in Information Sciences and is currently finalizing a Master in Change Management.
